Product Registration - get covered!

It is very important to Register Your Product with us online after you have made your purchase either on our webshop or through a retailer. Registering your product streamlines the warranty process in the event that you need to make a claim, and also allows us to contact you should your product require a safety upgrade in future. Product registration is different to signing up to our newsletter, you will not receive regular news and information from us simply by completing your registration. You can expect to hear from us if we have important information to share about your product.

Returns Policy

Items purchased from shop.mountainbuggy.com may be returned to the respective warehouse for a refund of the cost of the item if returned within two weeks from the date the order is received. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition (at the full discretion of our global warehouse teams). The cost of the item will be refunded to your account once the return has been recieved, no associated freight fees will be refunded. If you have purchased from our 'rest of world' region, you will need to return your item to our warehouse based in New Zealand.

How to return a product
Submit a request to return online at http://mountainbuggy.com/en/service.  Once your request has been received we will be in touch with instructions and address details for your local warehouse, usually within two business days.

The Mountain Buggy Warranty  
All mountain buggy products are backed by a full, one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects.

How to Start a Warranty Claim
Call or complete our Repairs and Warranty form online first before sending a product back for any reason. We solve many issues with advice or replacement parts. If it turns out to be a bit more serious, we'll advise you on how to proceed.

Up to one year after purchase a warranty claim may be completed online at www.mountainbuggy.com/warranty. At Mountain Buggy discretion products damaged due to workmanship or material defects will be repaired or replaced, free of charge. It is up to you to pay return shipping expenses. This replacement promise applies to product purchased through an authorised dealer or Mountain Buggy direct through this shop, accompanied by a dated proof of purchase, and the meeting of warranty condition compliance.

When Does the Warranty Not Apply?
Undocumented purchases: Items without a detailed and dated receipt/proof-of-purchase.
Hand-me-downs: Warranties are not transferable.
Modified product
Improperly maintained product.
Normal wear and tear, such as fading, fraying, or fatigue.
Improper use, including, but not limited to, disregard of instructions, leaving a child unattended, not using the safety harness, loading the product excessively, and subjecting the product to transport damage such as by stowage in a car trunk or airline handling. If you drop anything hard enough, it may break; that's not a defect.
Improper maintenance.
Products not purchased through an authorised Mountain Buggy retailer.
Issues not reported or product not returned until outside the one-year warranty. Please note that the warranty starts from the date of purchase, not the date of gifting or start of use.

Exclusions
Any consequential loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly as a result of using product.
